CPOMA
CPOMA is a bespoke responsive website designed for the fictional Camille Paradis Museum of Art. Its main purpose is to enhance the visitor experience by providing a seamless and engaging digital interaction with the museum's offerings.
My Role
In this project, I took on a multifaceted role, starting with the conceptualization of the museum app and website. I was responsible for all aspects of research and design. This is the second CPOMA design, distinct from the first, with evolved and separate design ideas and functionality. Drawing from the user research insights, I crafted the wireframes, prototypes, and final designs, ensuring that each design decision enhanced user experience and interface intuitiveness. My comprehensive approach from the ground up allowed me to tailor the website specifically to enhance visitor interaction and engagement with the museum's offerings.
Project Goal
The app's main purpose is to enhance the visitor experience by providing a seamless and engaging digital interaction with the museum's offerings. I wanted to address the common issue museum's digital interfaces have by creating an intuitive, userfriendly interface for exploring events, exhibits, and booking tickets.

Starting the Design
Initial Sketches
Hand Drawn Wireframe Iterations
Next, I created digital wireframes based on these sketches.
I conducted a small usability study to find major pain points before connecting the frames for my lo-fi prototype.
Wireframe Usability Study Findings
01. Darker version of header doesn't look "clean"
02. Events page feels "off brand"
03. Ticket information page cluttered
01. Replace darker header with the light version
02. Update event's page layout based on Browse Art page.
03. Take users step-by-step through ticket information. Simplify actions for the user.
